I offer a free no obligation 20 minute online consultation where we can discuss the reasons you have come to therapy. I will tell you about myself and my approach to counselling and a little about the therapeutic process. I will discuss the counselling contract and confidentiality. However, more importantly, we will see if there's a connection between us that feels right for beginning our therapeutic journey together. I've found in my experience that you will instinctively know when you've found the right therapist for you, so if it feels right and you would like to work with me then we can discuss practicalities such as when to start and agreeing upon a regular time to meet.
